for the 2nd link it mentions the employment equity act, https://www.gov.za/sites/default/files/gcis_document/201409/a55-980.pdf In the affirmative actions section it explains that businesses must have measures in place to improve diversity, so if a business were to get fined its not necessarily because there are too many white people but more so that there is effort being done to get more black people

The 1st and 3rd links are accurate but the titles are very misleading, if you read further into the articles it explains how white people are being excluded from benefiting from schemes that are meant to help provide jobs such as BEE (which is true), we know that this is not happening on a large enough scale to make whites economically disempowered because when compared to black people we know that they are still very wealthy.
