It's just another incel cope. Having a small frame and body means you will be shit at everything, and not just strength/muscle. Larger torso = bigger lungs and more muscle which = more speed and endurance.

There is literally no athletic or genetic advantage from being scrawny with a small body and bones. It's the worst bodytype ever.

erm will this isnt true. Im a natural ectomorph and ran cross country growing up, all long distance runners are skinny almost without exception. Being skinny doesnt gurantee good endurance obviously and muscular guys can obviously build some endurance also but its defo a big advantage being skinny in terms of long distance running

You can still be an ectomorph and have broad shoulders. My wrists are only 6.25 inches but my bideltoid is 23 inches natty. I could go to 26 inches on roids probably.

How? I endured 4 minutes on pullup bar, plus i was first at 10km race back in the day i was like 10.

more muscle does not equal more endurance youre crazy, if that was the case then marathon runners would all have jacked bodybuilder quads. Muslce needs to be supplied with oxygen from the blood so more muscle puts a greater demand on the heart

its individual there aren't set rules. Its pretty unlikely that one cycle would lead to requiring TRT for life though

it's highly unlikely unless you have a soy endocrine system.

LH and FSH are easy to restore after one cycle, it gets harder as you add in harsher compounds like tren or any nandrolones.

It isn't cut and dry like that. No one is 100% this body type or 100% this body type. You're a little bitt of each but lean towards one or two more than the others. IMO the most ideal for AESTHETICS are thin joints (that of a ectomorph), broad shoulders (that of a endomorph), and a narrow waist + hips (that of a mesomorph).

For masculinity , overall is going to be leaning towards endomorph -- thick joints, naturally very strong, and a thick waist (NOT HIPS). Narrow waist isn't considered masculine what so ever. I'd argue a gymcelled endomorph with a reasonable body fat (not a dad bod obv) blows a gymcelled mesomorph out of the water in terms of DOM.

endomorph build mogs imo, looks very masculine. You can just tell from their forearms they have very thick bones since wrist size has a correlation to forearm size for example.

muscular endurance has an almost 1:1 relationship with muscular strength. In fact, it is NECESSARILY the case, and it should be obvious to anyone who stops to think about the problems involved.

you are conflating muscular endurance with cardiovascular "endurance" or "condition". Thats not even remotely the same thing. Of course runners aren't muscular: they don't need to be. The maximal forces and loads encountered in jogging, even uphill, are very little.

Bigger torso = bigger lungs = more endurance because more oxygen. A major reason I'm a shitty runner is because I run out of breath too quickly.

I'm 5'4 and an ectomorph but I'm a doctor and lost my virginity at 25 to a gold digger washed up PSL 2 and had starfish sex so it's not over. Tom cruise, michael j fox, I know plenty of short guys who get laid. You're insane if you think your trucel height and frame is why you're single and depressed.
