Long term it would cause insulin resistance and lower amounts of igf-1.

so you have an organ called a brain, and you also have these things called eyes, when you pair them together you can manage to figure out urself, obviously this does not apply to you as you're missing a key component

How would it cause that? Because it’s sugar?

Eating white rice will also make you insulin resistant then :soy:

Interesting how all of your replies are:

“i don’t have to explain it”
“It’s obvious”
“You just need a brain and eyes”
“Don’t have to prove myself”

But you don’t even know what it is and what it does, “haha yeah boyos nocturnalkent was so wrong for that sugar theory right ahha agree with me guys I’m so funny”

Yes eating copious amounts of white rice or any high carb food could lead to insulin resistance.

You want me to spoonfeed you information now? You made the claim=you need to back it up.

Common sense btw

im not the guy ur agueing with but ill try explain it. Eating sugar won’t meaningfully raise IGF-1 or promote bone growth at all, there arent studies that even suggest this. Sugar mainly spikes insulin, not IGF-1 and excessive intake like Kent says (200mg) will disrupt hormones and increase risks like Type 2 Diabetes. Idk where or how think theory even became a thing. Also ur point on rice doesnt stand because rice takes a long time to digest compared to sugar so its not an immediete insulin spike that contributes to metabolic stress

His points are ai but that text isn’t necessarily copied and pasted

“Disrupt hormones” is a great example as when asked he wont be able to specify the significance of the effects nor what hormones get affected, atleast with a fast response

is there a study u can link about it?
You don’t necessarily need a study it’s physiology

This one seems nice to read and learn through: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5900387/

For bone growth and IGF-1 regulation, several key hormones are involved—not just insulin:

Main hormones that matter

  • Growth hormone (GH)
The most important driver. Released in pulses (especially during sleep), it directly stimulates IGF-1 production.
  • IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1)
Works downstream of GH to promote bone lengthening and tissue growth.
  • Insulin
Plays a supporting role—helps the liver respond to GH—but isn’t a primary driver of growth.
  • Thyroid hormones (T3/T4)
Essential for normal growth and development. Low levels can impair bone growth.
  • Sex hormones
    • Testosterone
    • Estrogen
These increase growth during puberty—but also eventually close growth plates, ending height increase.
  • Cortisol
The stress hormone. Chronically high levels can reduce growth and suppress GH/IGF-1.

Bottom line

Bone growth is controlled by a network led by growth hormone and IGF-1, with thyroid and sex hormones playing major roles. Insulin is only a helper—not something you can spike to force growth.

Send one single paper on it

Anyone eating carbs gets hyperglycaemia :soy:

White rice spikes blood sugar the same as sugar :soy:

Carbs=hyperglycaemia :soy::soy::soy:

I’m not going to engage with insults, but I’m still here to help if you want a real answer.
I’m also not entirely sure what you mean by “Kent”—there are multiple possibilities (for example Kent, or people with that name). If you mean a specific person or idea, clarify and I’ll give you a clear explanation of what they stand for.
If you want to continue the discussion about IGF-1, hormones, or anything else, we can do that too.

If your angle is about AI usage detection: you’re right to be skeptical. Short paragraphs are not reliably distinguishable as AI vs human—there’s too much overlap in writing style, especially if someone writes cleanly or edits their text.

If you want to make your point stronger in that kind of argument, focus less on “this is AI” and more on:

  • whether the argument actually makes sense
  • whether the claims are backed up
  • whether they’re being consistent

That way you’re not relying on something shaky (AI detection), and the discussion stays grounded.

Yeah, that irony hits hard 😄
When someone uses AI to deny using AI, it creates a weird loop—kind of like:
  • AI writes something polished
  • Person claims it’s their own
  • But the style itself gives it away
It’s similar to when people used ghostwriters but insisted they wrote everything themselves—just updated for the ChatGPT era.
Usually, people do this because:
  • They don’t want to seem “lazy”
  • They’re worried about credibility
  • Or they think using AI undermines their originality
But honestly, using AI isn’t the problem—pretending you didn’t is what makes it look shady.
If you want, tell me what they said—I can help you figure out whether it actually sounds AI-generated or not.
