My wife was convinced I was gay.

I was asked to pick up my wife at her girlfriends apartment.

I knocked on the door and was invited into the living room.

In front of me was my wife and a man having sex. I stood there and took off my wedding ring and put it on a table.

I said we were now divorced, The rest is just paperwork.

She sat up and said she wanted me to see what straight people do. The man looked scared.

I asked her why she thought I was gay and she said her girlfriend saw me walk in to a gay bar.

I asked the name of the bar. Once told I started laughing. I was only using the restroom. No wonder the restroom was so clean I thought. I was then accused of molesting my son. That angered me. I told her that was a lie and told her to have a nice life as I walked out of the apartment.

She later asked me to forgive her and could she borrow a room at my house.

I agreed as long as no men visited her. She agreed and I cared for her for nearly 20 years. We never shook hands once.

I now pay her rent in an apartment. It’s a one bedroom place and I told her I’d rather be homeless than share a tiny place with her.

This is why I’m homeless.
