It's not about the height, but about the shape of the hairline. It is way to even and round. That is a womans hairline.

Would have looked way better with slight temple recession and using the grafts in the mid, to get a more straight (and slightly uneven) hairline.

Females = Round hairline like the guy in the pic
Males = Straight hairline or the mid slightly lower than temples.
