So I want to run a PPL + U/L split, but on the fucking Upper day I got like 11 exercises with 25 sets, brutal. How do niggas run an U/L U/L split? So inefficient

How are you gonna train efficiently on a U/L split? It’s absolutely too leg centered, don’t you wanna do at least 40 sets a week on your upper body? That would include chest, back arms and shoulders, seems even too low volumeits easy nigga.
All you need is upper x2 lower x2 or add another upper day if you wanted.
2 sets each exercise.
I have seen the most progress on this split too
less has always worked more for me tbh as rest is very important as i have a job and play sports. How are you gonna train efficiently on a U/L split? My problem is I will have to do too much just on the Upper day, on the other days I do 12/16 sets. On the Upper day I have to train biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back, that’s obviously gonna involve at the very least 20 sets. Not undoable but make it 25 in my case and it’s a pain in the assless has always worked more for me tbh as rest is very important as i have a job and play sports.
Like PPL + Upper/Limbs? That sounds betterJust split your exercises so it is 50/50
For example add arms to lower day
Really doesn’t matter what arbitrary way you split them up as long as you do about half each day
Yea however you preferLike PPL + Upper/Limbs? That sounds better
just do 3x upper, 1x lower been doing it for like 2/3 months and feels amazing compared to pplHow are you gonna train efficiently on a U/L split?
