Only way to actually leanmaxx and be in defecit I'm starting to get used to it there's no easy way or shortcut to this just painful hunger

Bro I just fast all day. Wake up 7am and drink coffee while I bang out work.

Eat two meals per day - one at 4pm pre workout and one at 8pm post workout.

2000 cals per day.

Perfect diet for men imo

I read study that is better to eat in morning and fast in the evening:
breakfast: 8-9 am
biggest meal: 1 pm
last meal - 3-4 pm
then fast, but its tbh up to you and calories in calories out are king.

I eat noting till 2pm and before every meal 1 litre of water. Consume protein that should keep you full

that is what i have been doing for a long time and mogs every other diet imo
 
I eat 3.8k kcals a day and I'm hungry all the time. Mostly clean. I could eat about 5-6k kcal a day and not feel hungry all the time.
 
i eat one meal a day. jfl at eating any more than that unless you make money off your body. eating is a waste of time.

Different foods have different nutritional values/makeup, you were eating at your maintenance therefore not losing any weight, you can be in a deficit prioritizing high protein (satiating) and fiber (broccoli, etc) in high volume and still be full. Caffeine can also help the illusion of being full. Lowering carbs will reduce bloating & carb cravings. "Painful hunger" will only make you miserable & failure to be consistent = not achieving your goal

I need to drink a liter of milk, eat at least 12 eggs, and 500g of rice among other things every day to create a healthy caloric surplus. I gained over 8kg while staying at the same body fat levels in the last two months or so with this high-protein/high-fat diet.

Also, all supplements besides creatine are meme tbh.
