For most people, grease is more of an issue than dry hair

I haven't used shampoo in like 16 months tho. I just have to scratch my scalp to clean it, and when it gets longer it gets some waxy residue when you rub it, but it looks fine

I typically switch between lukewarm to cold water to wash my hair and face and then boiling hot to wash my body

I tried no shampoo i couldn't survive it, my hair more greasy, smells, flat and curls looking like scurvy not regular curls
