The sad reality is: Mewing, nutrition, posture, IQ-Maxxxing all this really matters if you are younger than 12. Of course it will help a little bit up until like 18, but tbh it is already too late to make a huge difference. Everything is decided really early in life, so it is up to your parents to set you up for success.
