I was like i have pain when walking, i have kinda flat feet so i put them under (in the middle of my feet) i use the actually at the end of my foot to increase hight. These lifts are self-made i cant order one my mom wil know. If she finds out she will think im an insecure lil bitch. She said that she is going to buy me some real soles for flat feeted people LOL.
Ih hope that these shoe soles will increase my height
