1) Start from hair- hair looks decent. No changes i would say. But is your hairline high? Are you norwooding? You should measure your facial thirds( just google it) if your forehead is bigger than the area from bottom of nose to chin, you need forehead reduction. As simple as that. Turkey as i know is a great place for that.
2) get a rhino. Make the base narrower and straight plus make it shorter.
3) Get facepuller/ mse for width and forward growth.
4) Chin wing for better lower third
