either way, wisdom teeth do not make a difference in facial aesthetics. its pure genes.

most models get them removed in preparation for genioplasty (e.g. opry, barrett)

As I told it depends if you has elongated philtrum only or nose only or both. If it’s a nose issue than literally nothing to do. If it’s philtrum issue than there are incisors intrusion for philtrum shortening, incisors protrusion for getting more convex philtrum so visually reducing it’s length and making upper lip fuller, molars intrusion for ccwr so incrising chin protrusion and getting higher gonial to make philtrum shorter in proportion. Cause there are chances you has a gummy smile or decent for these stuff alveolar bone.

But if your nose is long, bruh, I guess rhino and lip lift to kinda mask midface but tbh there aren’t even surgery (avaliable unless u r deformed) to fix this shit for real.

Both my philtrum and nose arent long, i just have a shit side profile and forward growth, only reason my philtrum is short is because of my latin genes
