my right shoulder is like 2 inches lower than my left one from using the mouse 24/7 and other ''activities''

i started working out at home just a few weeks ago so my shoulders were uneven way before that, i just recently realized how bad it was jfl

Have that aswell tbh because I got scoliosis when I was 11
But I do stretches against it have the feeling I want to break my back so it feels good

im not sure tbh but i will be following these 2 videos for 2-3 weeks and see how it goes, apparently this is something that can be fixed by loosening the muscles so we'll see

researched it a bit and it seems fixable so imma try some excercises dedicated to this for a few weeks and see if it works

my frame still wide due to genetics, i been sitting on the computer my whole life still have same if not better frame than my dad

im not talking about the width but the assymetry where one shoulder lies lower than the other
if u dont have it u probably have somewhat decent posture when sitting
