hi niglets,
To the unemployed this ain’t for you. I’m applying to engineering/operations positions and I’m just getting rejected. Any tips for my CV or application process. Gras jobs rn are saturated so any help is appreciated

you need to have connections, find people that know people or just make your own research and become friends with someone that could help you out

Ask chatgpt jfl. He can answer you better
 
get a diagnosis for some kind of mental or physical problem for yourself and then claim $200 a month and live as a NEET forever. only slaves worries themselves with productivity

Lie on the application regarding questions that relate to experience, Hide racial/gender demographics, and Pray you have a friend that’s been hired somewhere and could help you get your name out. Or maybe try a professor. I’m not in the engineering field so I don’t know all the ropes

connections, also keep calling the place. ive done it several times where i just spam called them every other day asking about my application and eventually they just caved and gave me an interview

For the cv i guess you already know a website that makes it easily formated personally i use europass. Use the cv and modify the interest and future expectartion in it for every application you make. Go on job offer sites every monday and check. As people mentioned get connections and ask around.
