I mean this blackpill is absolutey true in more social jobs since social skills = looks, and more entry level shit where there are countless ppl, so good looking ones stand outhow come every engineer is ugly then?
Are you retard? CEO has other things to do than hire bunch of low level faggots. It’s usually the middle manager and the teams doing the hiring. CEO is only hiring C-suite and top managersI usually hear this but it makes no sense like why tf would male CEO’s give a shit about looks or likeability when their main priority are skills needed to generate profits
Water, tech is subhuman central so there will be truecels there, no doubt. Usually the project manager positions are MTN+ only. These guys make the big bucks not the code monkey pajeets and chinksabsolute cope

Cause the whole pool of candidates is ugly, they find the least ugly that can do the jobhow come every engineer is ugly then?

Since OP is talking about mangers most of them are subhuman too from what I have seen especially the ones who work in big MNCs earning . people in these type of fields are extremely high iq and analytical thinkers. They are the last to get blinded by good looks.how come every engineer is ugly then?

99% of people in the industry have a maths or physics background and are very low t subhumans that care 0% about their looks. Just look at the people who handle quant, index funds even most product and operations mangers are subhuman. Im not saying looks halo doesn't exist but in most cases these things don't carry and I speak with someone who has experience.
I've been saying this for years. Occasionally they will still hire ugly nerds. But that's only to do the dirty work while they make the big bucks. I am one of those unfortunate nerds who do 90% of the work, while my whore NTmaxxed manager takes all the credit. This video sums it up:
Yeah those are jobs which require a hard skills. To even get an interview you need to pass some kind of test. It is somewhat meritocratic. But lots of other jobs especially these 'project management's type you need good looks, NT and charm. Maybe a little bit of education / IQ. But I'm ngl it's a rare quality. Not everyone has these soft skills. There's a certain aura to people that's natural and they are natural born leaders.Since OP is talking about mangers most of them are subhuman too from what I have seen especially the ones who work in big MNCs earning . people in these type of fields are extremely high iq and analytical thinkers. Not doxxing myself. But the job I have is very different and I'm surrounded by people who are NTmaxxed - however I'm one of the 'nerds' in my company who does the legwork that others are just too dumb. Like I do the 'analysis' - although my official job title is not "analyst" or anything quant related. I'm just better at it than most people at my company when there is anything involving data analysis. If I applied to an actual job with their quant specialization, most other applicants would eat my lunch. What kind of companies have you worked for? This is not the case in IT and Finace atleast in Silicon Valley. You can just go to the Forbes list and scroll through the top mangerial positions in companies most of them are subhumans.
These kind of skills of aura and charm are more valuable in sales than in high level administrative roles from what I've seen. It doesn't even make sense to hire someone just based on their good looks when what is needed is technical, and analytical skills. Sales sure they need to connect with people on a personal level to win trust and close deals there looks and charm do matter a lot.Yeah those are jobs which require a hard skills. Capital finance is different ballgame, you have to answer the investors and more often than not, they will be breathing down your neck. Hence, the term ”behavioral gap”. You need very competent people for portfolio management. Even there, looks/NT factor into investor relations type roles. Same for tech, people who make big bucks like Application engineer and Project managers (not team leads and line managers) are MTN+ and NT. Truecels remain coders or team leads or in similar truecel position for their entire careerSince OP is talking about mangers most of them are subhuman too from what I have seen especially the ones who work in big MNCs earning . people in these type of fields are extremely high iq and analytical thinkers. Are you in market research and/or competitior analysis brahNot doxxing myself. Lol no. It's not a full nerdy job.Are you in market research and/or competitior analysis brah
Good for you mate, I’m trying to branch out of technical role but I enjoy it at the same time.Lol no. It's not a full nerdy job.
Yea I agree. Investor Relations Associates, Public Relations roles often involve managing communication between company and investors stakeholders analysts. Applications engineer also work closely with clients, sales teams so soft skills are important in these roles. Basically any job that requires you talking to a lot of people will benefit from looks and NT halo.Capital finance is different ballgame, you have to answer the investors and more often than not, they will be breathing down your neck.
