As the doctor points out he has had multiple hair transplants but his diffuse thinning eventually nuked his scalp. Can hardly blame him too by the time he was ~50 finasteride came out for hair loss. Can you imagine how gracefully his hair would have aged if he started using after pic one

i think hair transplants were much different before (prob make your hair worst)

The major difference is the old hair transplants would leave an almost barcode like scarring from the back of the head on the donor region
