Does anyone have any tips, tricks & techniques for:

1. Jogging/Running through a stitch
2. Warm ups for starting to do that
3. Precursor exercises to start that up again
4. Leg strengthening exercises & any other exercises for this.

Both good. What happens when you're breathless though.
stand still and breathe slowly or fast depending on what you feel the need to do

I am a sportsman and I can help you with all those.

But I need shekels :feelshmm::feelshmm::feelshmm:
 
Alright I'll give it a shot tomorrow. Slowly jogging & then walking alternating between the 2 for an hour at least before I go to the gym.
