Everytime the weather drastically changes, for example going from normal to rain or thunder my knee joints or in race cases even my forearms hurt. Does this mean my growth plates are still open (almost 19) or what? Might supplementing calcium + D3 K2 help for preventing that pain?

Could be a couple of things, the pain is caused by pressure changes. Generally this is not a good thing. Do you have psoriasis?

Nope, I don´t have psoriasis.
Could it be because i am still growing? Grew an inch in the last three months, currently 6´feet tall

I would say its probably the growth plus pressure change causing inflammation.

Generally this happens to people with arthritis but since you are young and dont have psoriasis that's not the case.
