bruh Im 15 and my joints POP no matter what I do
I can extend my my elbow out to fast cause little pop
also my wrist pop my back pops knee pops my ankles pop
neck, shoulders, clavicles
mainly tryna get rid of knee cause cant do squats and elbow cause i cant do pushups or any tricep workout
I've tried into getting muscle for this but my pain just increases after workouts so bad
once I was forced to train in this bootcamp (only body weight exercises )shit ass program and I could barely walk the next day also when I don't sleep it gets worse and no im not deficient in any vitamins
ALSO if it is arthritis how at my age of 15 im trying gym max as well
anyone know what my bones are going through
I asked my doctor about this he said I just need more muscle
Height:6'0ft aka 182.88cm
Weight: 138 Lbs aka 62.5957kg
also i dont have 0 muscle i can do 60 pushups in a row ik its not a lot but average mf can do like 10 i think
