I believe that ICE agent broke Rules Of Engagement
I believe the fact it was ruled as self defense came from pressure from the President and/or Vice President since ICE causing a George Floyd-lite tier incident would be death tier for ICE and ICE supporters.

I do not really care though, I don't even live in the New World, nevermind the United States
But I am kinda shocked at how many people don't agree, and that it's only American leftists who's ideology I spit on

Literally the optimal way to drive off unless you're wanting her to reverse, then drive off
Life isn't a video game, switching to reverse then switching back takes a considerable amount of time, it isn't as easy as pressing forward to accelerate and pressing backwards to reverse

also, in police training in the US, i searched it up, police officers are told to never go infront of a vehicle in which the owner is being detained/arrested for exactly this reason, if the person freaks out and drives off, you may get hit
even police training knows that the woman's intention wasn't to hit him, this is basic ROE
He broke ROE and protocol, got hit, sperged out and shot her
