Recently watched Making of a Male Model, and he looked insane in motion. Brutally mogs everyone in that movie.

The bone structure is definitely there. Visible by the size of his cheekbones, jaw and chin. But in non professional photos, he looked bloated.
It's the region around his mouth, the soft tissues there is what bloats him. Perhaps it was just a matter of dropping a few percent body fat.
