In uni i often used to feel like a complete loser. I had nothing to show for myself. My clasmates were way ahead of me. I often felt like I did not belong in my uni. Like I wasnt meant for this. I am good for nothing or I ain't worth shit. It spiraled into depression-like symptoms of hopelessness, and a lazy, "nothing matters" type mentality. One of my buddies suggested telling someone about your wins is a good way of building self esteem. So everyday I would call my mom at night 8 pm and tell her about what I did well that day. It can be as small as waking up on time or getting a good grade on a quiz. I would tell her everything and my mum would patiently listen and encouraged me every time. It reallt lifted my mood and was game changer for my mental health. If it worked for me it can for you too.

Nice but my self hatred is much deeper a win for me is eradicating the old version of myself and becoming someone completely different kiterally unrecognizable not a singular trait thats when ill feel worthy of loving myself
