Water, but when someone is feeling negative they usually try and increase their short term pleasure, which usually is detrimental long-term.

The key is not to “treat yourself” or “relieve some stress bro!” but to work on things that make you feel good on a less superficial level, usually over time.

So monkmaxx and serenitymaxx, and don’t chase pleasure:feelsping:

pleasure is what is keeping us alive, you don't wanna eat for joy, for pleasure instead, pleasure is more important than joy
