I genuinely dont want to lose my fat, like I'm petrified if I'm still the same, same bones, same ugly face.. I'm scared to death, I don't know if I should try to go down to 60 or 70 kilos since I'm 94 plus. 180 cm tall and 14.5. And dont hate me just genuinely try to understand me.
