Not very youthful, I have tear throughs and nasolabial folds but what makes me look young are my facial features. Nothing I cannot fix with fat grafting or botox. My problem I think is looking ethnic (jbw).

I didn't have them at 18-20 they started at 23.

wow, are you recessed? because having nasolabials at 24-25 is more often than not a bone issue

Not at all I have good maxilla and jaw just bad infras. My nasolabials are not that deep but my skin texture doesn't look young anymore.
