I usually fast for breakfast, drinking black coffee with no sugar. May have a snack like an omelette or eggs inbetween meals. Lunch and dinner are basically meat and some vegetables/salad etc.
I think refined carbs definitely do more harm. I get a lot of inflammation from them. Whole carbs are ok, if you're not eating a lot of them you should be fine.do u find that only certain carbs bloat or all do?
i see some say that sugar has 0 effect in their face, and only starchy carbs like pasta and bread do. idk
ig once you get to super lean levels, bloat may never be a problem you could maybe binge on a fuck tone of carbs and because of low bf wouldn’t effect u at all. that’s the plan jflI think refined carbs definitely do more harm. I think sugar does have an effect because it makes you retain water like crazy
