yes either bloated or fat gain both have the same effect tbh. but i doubt actors won’t use diuretics which is why im saying fat gain

same, I even made a thread here the other day how I was literally getting no IOIs because I was bloated af.

I think he might've got even more, maybe 7-10lbs even if you consider that all that fat is distribuited all over his body.

i didn’t even gain it slow jfl, i got lean, got IOI, got called a model on night out by foid that approached, and the morning after got scouted. gays offered drinks jfl. now i feel and look subhuman

Yes, I've been doing keto for the past two weeks now, I already lost a big chunk of my bloat and I feel really good. Carbs are poison tbh.

yes they are. what do you typically stay below? i’m thinking i just cut that shit out completely, steak and eggs once a day

like 50g carbs max a day. Usually in the form of a fruit + vegetables, I can even eat a tiny piece of a chocolate bar if I want (like 10-15g idk).

I usually fast for breakfast, drinking black coffee with no sugar. May have a snack like an omelette or eggs inbetween meals. Lunch and dinner are basically meat and some vegetables/salad etc.

do u find that only certain carbs bloat or all do?

i see some say that sugar has 0 effect in their face, and only starchy carbs like pasta and bread do. idk

I think refined carbs definitely do more harm. I get a lot of inflammation from them. Whole carbs are ok, if you're not eating a lot of them you should be fine.

I think sugar does have an effect because it makes you retain water like crazy

ig once you get to super lean levels, bloat may never be a problem you could maybe binge on a fuck tone of carbs and because of low bf wouldn’t effect u at all. that’s the plan jfl

Timothy Chalamet is an interesting case, because he look chiseled at low bf%: sharp Chin, jaw and cheeks. But a tad bit of fat, and it's all gone.

People with high bone mass tend to look chiseled at higher bf%.
