Being a bone mass monster with perfect arches and teeth was the norm. Hard chewing from an eary age and perfect nasal breathing and tongue posture are law. Genes mean shit if they are not allowed to express. Epigenetics is law.

I will never feel whole since I know I am botched. I am by all definitions malformed. I will die not knowing what is it like to feel fully human and whole.

They chewed all sorta crap, roots and grains were also on the menu. These people used their teeth like tools often as evidenced by the massive wear we see with them no decay but mechanical wear. Classic example is holding a piece of skin in your teeth and pulling on it with your big toe while scraping fat away with a stone tool. That kinda mechanical load on teeth and jaws would be hard to replicate today, but the results are obvious, superior bones.

They had enough real estate to never need to (they lacked the technology, but they lacked the need as well).
