A good jaw is a symptom of a forward maxilla and a strong mandible.
If you have a recessed maxilla, the chances of you having a strong mandible are low.
However if you have a forward maxilla, the chances of you having a strong mandible are around average but just having a forward maxilla isn't enough.
My point is, if you don't have a strong mandible, then that means you cant have a strong jaw, mewing doesn't magically grow bone.
In my opinion mewing is very autistic, yes i have read into it, it is only effective if your mandible is somewhat decent to start with.
However, even then, it will take years to yield results.
TL;DR: Mewing doesn't grow bone, therefore is your mandible is weak, mewing is pointless.
