Just accepted a job with this schedule

I already had the job (some shitty security job) but was on a zero hours contract

Now I accepted (from February) a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern, with 8 hour shifts from 11am-7pm

So 32 hours every 8 days, or 28 hours a week

I think it's a pretty good schedule, but tbh I'm probably gonna look for something else in the meantime

@MoggerGaston thoughts on this schedule? They called it full time but it's technically not as full time here is 35 hours a week

It's good. I've worked 3 twelve hours days a week for the past 3 years. It's nice.

I want a sit and observe job
Unfortunately my one is standing and searching bags and using metal detectors, but also standing on entry and exit doing nothing for part of it. But I want something sitting, which is why I'm gonna look for something else

Most security schedules suck tho. But idk what else to do

Yeah standing for 8 hours straight sounds exhausting

But its a chill laid back type of job, you will rarely have to go out of your way to do something
