Im lactose intolerant -> I drink lactose free milk but which one should I drink when I want good testo levels and not high estrogen etc. just good hormone levels:
Option 1: Lactose-free whole milk (≈ 3.5% fat)
Option 2: Lactose-free semi-skimmed milk (≈ 1.5–1.8% fat)
Option 3: Lactose-free skimmed milk (≤ 0.5% fat)
