Texture wise, like a well done steak mixed with a chicken fillet idk taste wise it tastes like chicken with a metallic aftertaste that isn’t too bad

yea its just a marketing thing that doesnt mean its not stuffed with anibiotics and other bad stuff. it HAS to be bio and it says no antibiotics if you want to eat it raw. i really recommend eating game meat its my favorite type of raw meat, second is beef

Nah liver is incredibly nutrient dense, eating it raw/cooked doesn’t change that, ngl tho I think I’ve ate too much I’ve ate like 600g so far I gotta waste the rest or else it’s dangeroys

yeah, you can, if you are concerned about pathogens. commercial livestock is given antibiotics and hormones which are metabolized in liver, so keep that in mind
