Are you trolling or are you just a retard? In what way should I eat more carbs when I am cutting?
Bro 100g cooked rice has only 130 cals. Even 100g pure carbs is just 400 cals, that aint a lot even when you’re cutting. Just do one big meal during the day and a light snack at night, no need to stress so much abt food

Well, I’m under 12% body fat year round. I eat just one meal a day on most weekends, on weekdays I also have a light snack before I go to bed
