Adding to this, introverts are just people who prefer being alone, Doesn't mean they hate going out though.

Non NTs are more likely to be "introverts" either due to lack of socializing or bullying, either way it's decided that going out isn't worth it and staying inside is better because it at least hurts less.

The problem is a lot of non NTs are human, and it's a basic human instinct to crave human interaction. So the lack of socialization hurts them down to the subconscious level. And can either lead to shitty coping mechanisms that make the person spiral down, like porn and shit. Or (hopefully) they get their shit together and figure a way out of their shitty lifestyle and into a normie-ish life.
