1. Side lateral raise at least 20s per hand for reps perfectly.

2. Bench press at least 200 lbs.

3. Can do at least 3 pull ups or 5 chin ups, dead hang, no kip, chin to bar.

4. Can spar/shadowbox for at least 60 seconds without getting too winded.

5. Can sprint at least to ~15 MPH.

6. Can biceps curl at least 50 lbs. per hand for 5+ reps.

7. Can punch concrete walls/stones hard without much ouchsies.

8. Can walk at least 6 miles while comfortably breathing within 2.5 hours.

9. Can ride bicycle at least 20 miles a week.

10. Feel zero anxiety/cortisol when socializing with random people on the street.

11. Can row at least 150 lbs. comfortably for 10+ reps.

12. Can shrug at least 80 lbs. each hand for 10 reps.

13. Can rope climb no legs for at least 5-10 feet.

14. Can triceps curl at least 20 lbs. per arm for 10 reps.

15. Can avoid making women feel uncomfortable around you.

20 lbs lateral raise too light. I can lateral raise 25 each hand but only bench 135
