My strength is improving now that im training more regularly
I did 76kg 1 rep on normal bench the other day

I could have done more as that 1 rep wasnt all my strength, but its so hard to get it off the rack without a spot.

Such slow progress tbh, really wanna roid

Why are you doing 1 rep maxes? You're a complete novice. It's no wonder your progress is painfully slow when you have such little discipline.

Yeah right. All you do is lie on your fat ass on your special made gaming chair. Most exercise you've probably got in 5 years is when you get up from your chair and take the steps to the fridge.

Im not just doing 1 rep maxes

I start at a low weight, do 10 reps, increase the weight and as increase the reps decline

Then i try to max out and see the heaviest i can do

I only do incline with dumbells tbh

Pyramids are for intermediate and advanced lifters. Don't bother if you can't even 1rm 225 lbs (102 kgs).

Then i try to max out and see the heaviest i can do
This is ego lifting. There is literally no reason to max out with girl weight.

Your progress would be much faster if you followed a real strength training protocol for novices. Straight sets would be far more effective for you.

I don't think he really needs dumbbell work, but it won't hurt if he can recover adequately from it.
