first you need to do perfect form pushups, after reaching 50+ with perfect form just put on a backpack with books. a better chest exercice is dips, use two chairs or tables.



i don't do this i just go to the gym like a normal human. how can you not spend 40$ a month on your health and looks? gym is the best investment in your life.
