from aipctshop. i plan on taking 20mg a day and this amount will last me 45 days.
will i see effects within that timeframe and will this ascend me? i only have mild acne but i just wanna nuke tf out of it

Then just dose 10mg/day for 3mo so you have more buffer, aipctshop takes long as fuck to deliver anyway so you'd be buying more basically immediately upon receipt of your initial delivery at 20mg/day.

For ACCUTANE to work you need to take a cumulative dose of 135mg/ per kg of body weight for example I’m 70kg and my cumulative dose is 9500mg. So I’m taking 40mg a day, it will take 237 days to get rid of acne forever (some people get a relapse tho and have to take a seccond dose after)… You acne should clear up in a month or two of taking it but that doesn’t mean it’s gone forever it will come back after taking it, to get rid of it once and for all you needa hit your cumulative dose.

No point hypothesising how long to take it for with cumulative doses.
If your acne gets better then it gets better, you can do a low perma-dose or hop off. If it doesn't then it doesn't, so you need to stay on it.

Again general hypothetical that is not going to be correct for everyone. I highly doubt even 1% of acne patients would see entirely clear skin within a month or two of taking isotretinoin.

No, it's not enough, but if you can't afford it then you can always order a 3-month supply and then more before you run out. Keep in mind you'll need a buffer in the event of seizure, delays, etc.
