I would just use minoxidil which does not contain alcohol on both brows and lashes, worked fine for me

After 2 months I saw results, could vary tho. If you mean how much by cost, should be less than £5 per month probably less tbh if ur only using it on brows and lashes. If you mean amount, I did it daily, pea size on eyebrows, residue of eyebrows on lashes.
