Can somebody tell me if i have to do something?, like drinking more-less water, avoiding some kind of foods or something like that

your gonna be depleted af. If drinking alcohol be careful try get some electrolytes in your system etc. overall it’s not worth imo but it def is the most effective debloat

It wont make you more attractive. It will just make you piss a lot and make your face look dehydrated.
