just bought hydroquinone 2% and azelaic acid 20% my face and neck is darker than my body about 2-3 shades, im not sure if its pigmentation or tanning because it looks like tanning to me most of the times i stay indoors, the skin been like that since childhood i think.

another thing i want to use it for dark circles too
