What side effects should I look out for?

Hoping to get an inch because I am pretty sure my plates are open and this will get me more muscle

When I took it I just noticed bloating and hunger (Take before bed to reduce chance of breaking your diet), I also had some issues with my wrist feeling a little stiff, other than that I didnt have any other sides.

Make sure you keep an eye on your blood sugar I tested mine every other day I was eating quite low carb so noticed no issues.

there exist suppresant supplements stuff, to minimise that side effect risk. like 4 example some take berberine with it for that.

Whats your age/ bone age? Also people get inches with MK677 because it rapidly increases all forms of growth hormone and allows them to squeeze some more growth.
