The bitch also funnily enough confused the MARPE appliance I showed her with SARME. Which is WAY more extreme and thought I was a freak for wanting that when she didn't even understand.
She also said my smile would look too wide for my face with MSE cause my face shape is elongated. And how I'd also need MSDO.

Memes aside in our shitty society , with soft diets , this palate is actually pretty average. If u cant get mse, get a hyrax expander its 2nd best thing u can get, just keep searching for an ortho with some common sense.

My imw was 37mm , and when i said i wanted to expand my upper jaw, she just agreed pretty much instantly.

My palate pretty much b4 treatment. Funny how this is almost considered "wide"in todays society. Our ancestors had imw in the low 50s.
