The mse installation is not expensive in every country. Expensive are the after braces and inspection dates.
I would not travel to russia for mse installation, because you will need to work together with a orthodontist in your home country.

So he won't tell you if he thinks you're a candidate for double jaw surgery just based on a side profile photo? I actually emailed him one a couple hours ago and am waiting to hear back from him. At this point, I just want to know if he would consider me to be a surgery candidate or not.

Do you know of any other max fac surgeons whose prices are really reasonable like Andreishchevs? I'm hoping that my base is decent enough that pretty much any surgeon will be able to get a good result, since my maxilla and mandible literally just need to be advanced forward with a bit of CCW rotation for the maxilla.

And the doc will end up being a taxi driver
