You study or work whole day tired af. You commute to the gym in the rush hour at its peak time full of Zoomer brocolli head and bald redpiller ogre. You have to use the public yeast infested locker room, then you have to commute home. Then you have to prepare dinner and clean up the dishes/messes. Then you have to do some studying or preparing for tomorrow's works. Finally you get a chance to wind down, but then you need to sleep otherwise you won't have energy.

0 time for resting, hobbies, socializing, LDARing

Productive member of society...

productive for whom, at the expense of your own physiological and psychological wellbeing. Meanwhile chad can rot all day and order your oneitis to get raw dogged while you are working hard to buy watches, clothes, car to impress a becky next to your cubical.

What do u think about calisthenics? The outdoor calisthenics parks is almost always empty, and u can get a good workout in
wasting time and effort and ruin your joints for 30% results you can get just from weight training.
