Top 2.5% - chads - basically do this 2x promoted

Middle 60% - normies - basically NPCs doing a job, won't get pushed but won't get stressed either

Bottom 17.5% - fringe LTN - get your shit together, do softmaxxes, or look for different role, be better next year
