To proof you wrong see this subhuman candid pic of me:

I know that I need steroids for these stick arms, hair system for my shit hairline and something to increase my jaw substantially.

What you unfortunately can't see on this pic is that I have a tiny mouth.

Could MSE help me enlarge my mouth and my tiny incel tier lower third?

I heard from @Dr Shekelberg That it only costs 4k in Munich germany, I could affort that next month.

I think my jaw is really lacking. my eyes are obviously assymetric as well.

Inter pupel distance, eyes.
It looks wider then Ideal.

What I noticed is that the light in this video is much softer than in the other pictures. I guess that hides many of the assymetries I am having and thus makes me look better.

If you had a more athletic physique and a slightly less wide ipd you would look like a soccer chad. You can get fillers in ur nose bridge and it will make eyes look slightly closer

I'd say you need lower third height, especially with that IPD. It will balance your thirds.

We can mitigate it though.
With the hair.

1. You need to keep as much volume as possible on the side. You have it way to short shaven. Try to make your upper head through hair style. Appear as wide as you can.

2. Keep eyebrows as close as possible to each other without it becoming weirdly close . Stretch it right to that point.

First of all if you somehow happen to enlarge your mouth using MSE you will likely only get few mm’s, your mouth width is fine and your lower third if fine too. You’re a high tier normie slightly towards chadlite.
