Got new clippers and think I accidentally cut a bald line across the middle of the back of my head. I think the guard wasn't on properly. Either that or it's an FUE scar from a transplant I had years ago for a congenital bald spot. But I haven't seen it before.
Anyway, that, plus the fact I also cut another bald line into my hair when I was trying to cut around the ear, meant I had to go shorter. It was initially just a freshen up of my buzz cut. But I had to keep going shorter on the sides to try and hide the bald lines, and make it fade properly.
I've now ended up with ridiculously short sides and a bald line from one ear to the other
