Although I still think some areas are more controllable than others. You’ll never become a quant trader without high intelligence and top maths ability but you might be able to become a successful accountant or something through so called ‘grinding’ if you can. Still very hard, still requires luck but those rare, genetic traits may be less of a factor. That’s why again you need to really find what you’re good at.

Also upbringing is another huge factor. You can have very strong skills but if your parents are lazy bums who mistreated you, your mind is shattered and you won’t make use of that.

For example with me I managed to get some good opportunities in life but I fucked it and never took up on it because of severe mental unwellness. Crazy how even one trait could derail everything but it is what it is. I’ll try and see if drugs help as a last resort but if they don’t it’s a wrap.

It’s really crazy as well how some random events can turn your life upside down. That’s another thing people don’t take into account.

Imagine you get successful implants, everything looks good you ascended, but then all of a sudden you’re getting severe nerve pain driving you mad and ruining your life.

Shit like this happens in all areas. It’s really rare to have an easy straight road to success. For a lot of us, it’s close. For some it’s filled with so many hazards that it just isn’t worth it anymore.
