Feels amazing, i didn't really buy it for looksmaxxing purposes but more to be comfortable.

At first i had alot of pain at the back of my heel so i bought shoe lifts so my shoes dont rub against them and it works, also makes me taller. which is a looksmax.

i suggest not going over 1.5 inch since it will be obvious.

i suggest buying these, theyre super comfy and nice.

it gives 0.75 inch max bcs of compression also if u use it long term lift itself literally shrinks

You will push your body out of axis, overuse spinal erectors with increased compression on the spine, that leads to sooner dehydration of it and increased height loss during the day.
This without talking about other issues like neck breathing resulting into more tension on vocal cords and shallower voice.
Could work if u sit for most of the day, like Uni, but what is the point?
Jfl the irony, everything comes at a price, be it physical or mental(i.e over-reliance).

Dude... your height is based on the length of your bones. Even if the muscle gets shortened (which it does) because of the ankle being raised, the effect will go away in the morning after sleep... Just like the spine.

Short muscles lead to bf and bad posture which can decrease your height not because you become shorter but because your posture overall is not completely straight.
That said, this will happen especially to women who wear very tall stilts, not to a man whi wears 2-3 cm lifts, and of course with stretching it will go away.

So permanent loss and all these are simply bs.
The true height. It’s a matter of bones and that can't change by wearing lifts.

if those really gave 1.5 inches it would be way too obvious, and if someone ever asked you to take your shoes off to compare height it would be over.

bro, i bought it for comfortable.

my jordans 4 were vertically short in size for my feet, which made the back rub my heel, which hurted alot.

with shoe lifts it doesnt hurt anymore.

im pretty sure they don’t, probably way less but it fixed my pain problem so im happy w it

Kill yourself Kurdish goatfucker. Hope the Israeli army murders your entire goat fucking village and rapes your favorite goat.

I have them, but its obvious if u wear low top shoes, and i cant be bothered to wear high top shoes every single day

Muh 1.5 inch lifts. Your still and ugly SHORT ethnic. The only place you'd slay is in the slums of Mumbai. And even that's iffy.

JFL at these niggas heightfrauding, if you're a manlet you shouldn't be allowed to breed anyways

And what is responsible for muscle activation? You guessed it, foot sensitivity/positioning(i.e pronation activates glute max etc). If your body is out of axis you'll have less heel strike, hamstrings don't work to pull back your pelvis, so by compensation erectors must activate to stabilize posture.
Height is based on spine hydration aswell, that is why astronauts are significantly taller after 6months in space.
Gaining 2-3cm just to lose half of it by midday doesn't sound like a good trade to me.

Why don't you staple them to your feet so they stay on 24/7?

I've been wearing 1.5 inch lifts for years, no one's ever noticed. But that is the limit of what you can fraud without risking getting caught.
