Should help me get back to where I was before I rotted. Any exercises you recommend with them?

I recommend getting an adjustable bench to get the most out of them

True, but funds are tight so I’m gonna have to make due with this now

I’ve been working out for 2 months.

Started with 16 lb bicep curls x10

Now 16 lb bicep curls x12

I went from 7 pull-ups to 8 pull-ups

Barely made any strength gains after 2 whole months of training. Natty gymcel is fucking cope.

You can literally do almost everything with dumbels.
Bi/tri obvious many easy moves. Chest press (but 20lb too light for chest) shoulder press(and many variations for all 3 heads). Rows for back(also too light) etc
This weight is ok for arms until you will need higher weights but underwhelming for back and chest

Make sure you do chest so you can do push-ups or dumbbell press, lateral and frontal raises, hammer curls, bicep curls, reverse grip curls, wrist curls, and then rows. Make sure to do rows for your back so you don’t screw up your shoulders and posture, you’ll just set yourself back in progress.

It's cope until you realize how shitty your body looks after you stop training. It's one of those things that just have to be done and give a constant slight smv boost.

Save up 50eur and buy rings, never spend any money on a gym subscription again.

Except when you want to train legs with anything harder than pistol squats/shrimp squats or nordic curls.

They would only be usefull in side laterals not even in them tbh. Should have just done bodyweight exercises with progression instead of this

Maybe you just have shit genetics or your training is terrible. Those "gains" after two months are pitiful, ngl
